The Venue

Located in one of the hottest neighborhoods in New York City just minutes from Flatiron, Chelsea, and more, HELEN MILLS is the perfect place to host your next fundraiser or benefit.

The venue features a spectacular 4,000 square foot, elegant Event Space with a beautiful 37-foot long, hand-crafted bar and a 140-seat theater. Venue rentals include use of our state-of-the-art tech, sleek cocktail furniture, lighting, and decor pieces (details below).

Our experienced team team offers a number of all-inclusive packages for a seamless planning process and can also work with outside caterers of your choice. 

Clients include: AIDS Walk, Human Rights Campaign, National Down Syndrome Society, Tribeca Film Institute, Dogs for the Deaf, Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, Reach Out and Read, and more.

Catering & Packages

We offer all-inclusive catering packages to fit your event needs. We also offer a variety of beverage service options, including a full bar with an assortment of premium brands and local craft beer. 

We welcome licensed, outside caterers and food trucks. We offer sponsored beverage service if your event includes a liquor sponsor. See here for vendor insurance requirements.

Furniture, Decor & Signage

Venue rentals include our in-house furniture and decor inventory. The collection features a sleek mix of white leather ottomans, brushed metallic cocktail tables, white acrylic reception chairs, and more

The venue is fully brand-able with a number of creative street-level and interior signage opportunities available. The two spaces features gallery molding along the walls and a ceiling grid in the event space for hanging additional signage or decor. See lighting (below) for more branding options.

Tech & Lighting

HELEN MILLS features state-of-the-art tech & lighting, included with all rentals when an a/v technicians is hired. Details include: 

  • 3 projectors in event space, 1 in theater

  • Sound system and PANDORA for business in the Event Space, surround sound in the Theater

  • Dedicated, high-speed wireless and wired internet (100 mbps)

  • Single-color wall wash and gobo projection

  • One wired / Wireless microphone

We offer additional items for rent and welcome outside A/V rentals and production companies.
