The Venue

Located in one of the hottest neighborhoods in New York City just minutes from Flatiron, Chelsea, and major transportation hubs, the HELEN MILLS Theater is the perfect place to host your next screening, meeting, or performance.

The venue features an intimate 140-seat theater with state-of-the-art tech, a private street-level entrance, a private green room, and plenty of signage opportunities.

Capacity

Tech & Lighting

HELEN MILLS features state-of-the-art tech & lighting, included with all rentals. Details include: 

  • 1 HD projector in theater
  • Surround sound system in the theater
  • Dedicated, high-speed wireless and wired internet (100 mbps)
  • Theatrical lighting
  • One wired / Wireless microphone

We offer additional items for rent and welcome outside A/V rentals and production companies.


Furniture & Signage

Theater rentals include select in-house furniture, including a podium, chairs, and green room furniture. 

The venue is fully brand-able with a number of creative street-level and interior signage opportunities available. The theater features gallery molding along the walls and three locations for using gobo projections.


Catering

We offer all-inclusive catering packages to fit your event needs. We also offer a variety of beverage service options, including a full bar with an assortment of premium brands and local craft beer. 

We welcome licensed, outside caterers and food trucks. See here for vendor insurance requirements.
