The venue features a spectacular 4,000 square foot loft-like Event Space with a beautiful 37-foot long, hand-crafted bar. The venue also features a 140-seat theater that can be rented in addition to be used for performances, screenings, or presentations.

The venue is fully brand-able with a number of creative street-level and interior signage opportunities available. The two spaces features gallery molding along the walls and a ceiling grid in the event space for hanging additional signage or decor. See lighting (below) for more branding options.

HELEN MILLS features state-of-the-art tech & lighting, included with all rentals when an a/v technicians is hired. Details include:
