With classes back in session, there will be a ton of events to plan -- fundraisers, student showcases, conferences, and socials. HELEN MILLS is here to help!

The start of a new school year is always exciting, but it can also be stressful.  With classes back in session, there will be a ton of events to plan -- fundraisers, student showcases, conferences, and socials.  HELEN MILLS can help ease those September butterflies and cross some items off your back-to-school (event) checklist!

Planning Assistance and Staff

The HELEN MILLS team will ensure you have an A+ event!  We’ll be with you through every step of the process, from planning to execution.  Our top-notch staff will make sure you and your guests are taken care of on the event day. 

Our Tip:  Don’t be afraid to ask questions; we’re always here to help!  (We won’t even require you to raise your hand!)

A/V Capabilities

Both the Event Space and Theater are fully equipped with audio, projection, and lighting capabilities to support your event’s needs.  Our A/V Technician will be onsite to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our Tip: Set the mood by utilizing our wall wash for a splash of your school colors!

Food and Beverage

Think outside the lunch box!  Whether it’s passed hors d’oeuvres or a seated meal, we’ve got you covered.  Our curated food and beverage packages can be customized to suit the style of your event. 

Our Tip:  Personalize a specialty cocktail by giving a creative name to a classic drink. A few of our favorites are “Appletini for the Teacher,” “Straight A Shooter,” and “Schoolhouse (on the) Rocks.”

Branding Opportunities

The venue provides endless opportunity to show off your school spirit!  From our iconic porthole windows to our interior gallery molding, you can truly make the space your own.

Our Tip: Bring in a step-and-repeat or custom photo booth.  A fun photo op is a sure-fire way to keep guests smiling!

Furniture

With a variety of in-house cocktail furniture, you have the freedom to design a floor plan that will best facilitate the flow of your event.  Take your seats!

Our Tip: Use a branded linen on your check-in table. It’ll make a great first impression as guests enter the space!
