Position Summary

We are looking for a positive person who values making clients happy, loves sales, has small business experience, understands front line responsibility including some team management, and is looking for a chance to make an impact as a leader.

Your Mission

  • Set and exceed budgeted goals per month to help grow the business
  • Drive new business opportunities through sales strategies and initiatives
  • Manage a small sales team and report weekly on results
  • Maintain and grow current, prospective and referral clients 
  • Attend local trade shows, networking receptions and informational sessions to prospect for new business and understand current industry trends
  • Take clients through the entire sales process from selling, site inspections, event planning and execution

Time Allocation

  • Sales, Client Management, Execution 60%
  • Mentoring, Management 20%
  • Special Projects & Ideation 10%
  • Analysis and Goal Setting 10%

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and drive sales teams
  • Possess a confident, ‘can do,’ entrepreneurial attitude
  • Interest in events and the sales process
  • Able to initiate new business in a timely manner / foster existing business
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong written and verbal communication skills required
